The GOTCHA Buffet promotion is valid from 15 August to 16 September 2026 at Cow Play Cow Moo LOT 10, Kuala Lumpur only.
Customers can enjoy 20 minutes of unlimited GOTCHA gameplay for RM69 per session, with an additional 10 minutes free on weekends and Public Holidays.
Kids Play Free Perk: Valid for children aged 10 years old and below, offering a complimentary 10-minute play with every GOTCHA Buffet package purchase (weekdays only).
Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) GOTCHA Buffet purchases per day.
Card Sharing & Multi-Machine Prohibition: The GOTCHA Buffet card is strictly for single-user use per session. Double-tapping on different machines simultaneously or sharing the buffet card/timer between multiple people is strictly prohibited.
The GOTCHA buffet package will be added into the customer’s existing member card. Upon purchase, customers will be given a physical timer.
Customers must use the timer provided to time their play session and return the timer to the staff once the game has ended.
Customers will receive 20 tokens upon successfully returning the timer at the end of their play session. The 20 tokens will be credited directly to the customer’s member card.
The GOTCHA Buffet session is valid only on participating GOTCHA machines at Cow Play Cow Moo LOT 10, Kuala Lumpur.
The gameplay session begins once the GOTCHA Buffet Card is tapped at the designated activation point and will automatically end after the allocated session time. Unused gameplay time cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or carried forward.
Selected GOTCHA machines are limited to two (2) or three (3) plays per GOTCHA Buffet Card per session. Customers are required to refer to the machine sticker labels for the applicable play limits.
All prizes won during the GOTCHA Buffet session are subject to availability and the standard prize redemption procedures of Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other items.
Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia reserves the right to refuse or terminate any GOTCHA Buffet session in the event of misuse, abuse, tampering, or any violation of the gameplay rules.
Gameplay is subject to machine availability and operational conditions. In the event of machine maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia reserves the right to provide alternative arrangements where applicable.
Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in this promotion.
Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
